Get ready for the Coolest Experience in St George! Cool It! Cryotherapy is our proprietary cryotherapy system that cools the air around your body to a chilling -250 degrees Fahrenheit. Whole Body Cryotherapy is a two – three minute session in a cryosauna that hyper-cools the air around the body to create a systemic response. The client wears minimal clothing along with gloves, socks, and slippers.

The air around your body is cooled to direct the blood to protect the core of the body. There is a decrease in pain and inflammation during this time as the entire surface of the body is cooled. Upon exiting the chamber, the body is flushed with revitalized blood cells bringing about greater circulation. Body tissues damaged by overuse, workout, injury, or surgery has an increased recovery response. You feel an increase of endorphins from the treatment leaving you with greater energy and an elevated mood.

The techniques our Thai therapists use implements his or her hands, legs, knees, and feet to move you into a series of stretches in a yoga-like style. The therapist also applies joint mobilization, deep muscle compression, and acupressure.
